REGISTRATION FEE

You need to create an account on the ADERA Web site to register.The registration of the meeting includes access to the conference, lunches and refreshment breaks. Extra fee will be charged for the gala dinner held on 21/11/2019.

Your registration will only be effective after you have registered on the ADERA Web site.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The registration must be paid in total prior to the delegate’s arrival on the conference site. A registration is considered confirmed upon receipt of the full payment (or the Purchase order).An invoice will be sent with a confirmation of registration once the payment received by the Conference secretariat. However, invoice can be sent by anticipation upon official request by email or upon receipt of a purchase order.No reimbursement will be made.Adera cannot be held responsible for any cancellations, delays or transport strikes. Please contact your travel agency.
